Affects: Aave v4 (protocol)

What happened

LlamaRisk proposed higher borrowing limits for Aave’s Ethereum and Arc Hubs on November 4, 2026.

What changed

LlamaRisk proposed increasing Ethereum’s Core Main Spoke limits to 50,000,000 USDC and 30,000,000 USDT. It also proposed higher Maple Spoke limits.

What did not change

LlamaRisk’s proposal establishes no execution. Ketju’s Aave verdict remains Not approved because the Hubs lack sufficient operating history.

Still open

  • The proposal does not establish which changes the Risk Stewards have executed.
  • Ketju needs current Hub liquidity and executed limits to assess the remaining room for withdrawals.

What it means for an advisor

  • Ketju should review each proposed borrowing limit against the affected Hub’s liquidity and connected Spokes.
  • Higher borrowing limits do not establish that holders can withdraw the proposed position size.
