The memo
Tokenised T-bill fund from an established traditional asset manager, already observed as collateral in the Aave Horizon market. Same instrument class as BUIDL, USYC, OUSG and USTB, and it inherits their open questions rather than raising new ones: minimum subscription, redemption timing, and whether retail-sized clients can access it at all. v2 SUPERSEDES v1. The comparative review of the five treasury tokens resolved 2026-08-01, and access decided it for the whole class: VBILL is administered on the same Securitize qualified-purchaser rails as BUIDL, with reported minimums around $100k. The precise current terms were not independently confirmed — immaterial to the verdict, since qualified-purchaser gating alone excludes our clients. Rejected on access, not quality.
