Summary
Ketju does not approve Telos Consilium: it holds about $147M in Euler Earn vaults on Plasma and Ethereum and names no legal entity behind them. Its site says only "Digital Asset Advisory · Est. 2023" and that it is "HQed in crypto-friendly Switzerland." It lists Lausanne, Crans-Montana, Zurich and Florence as meeting places, and Florence is in Italy. It discloses no registered entity name, company number or filing jurisdiction. DefiLlama lists no audits. We could not confirm whether the two owner addresses it uses on both chains are multisigs or single keys. Deposits on Ethereum swung 35 to 40% week over week through mid-2026. That pattern fits one or a few large depositors moving money in and out. TelosC also sells trusts, tax structuring and tokenized equity under the same brand. No comparable curator Ketju covers combines the two.
Review triggers
- TelosC publishes a named, verifiable legal entity and its incorporation jurisdiction
- Vault admin authority is confirmed as a disclosed multisig with named signers, or confirmed as a single key and treated as a standing risk
- Deposits spread beyond the current pattern driven by a few large depositors
- TelosC publishes how its vault business is separated, legally and in operation, from its wealth-advisory practice, or otherwise explains the combined scope
