Spark proposes moving 100 million sUSDS to Arbitrum to refill its PSM3
On-chain events · · Ketju Research
Affects: Sky (protocol)
What happened
Spark governance received a proposal to refill the sUSDS held by the Arbitrum PSM3.
What changed
The proposal would move a fixed amount across chains from the treasury through an admin call.
What did not change
The proposal has not been approved or executed, and the funds have not arrived on Arbitrum. It adds no new controller code.
Confirmed
- The proposal moves 100 million sUSDS from the Ethereum ALM Proxy to the Arbitrum ALM Proxy.
- The payload would grant and revoke CONTROLLER within the same call.
- The proposed transfer has no ALM controller rate limit.
Still open
- We do not know the vote result, executive authorization, payload execution or redemption of the retryable ticket.
- Nobody outside Spark has reproduced the reported balances and estimates of how long the funds will last.
What it means for an advisor
- Check that the refill executes and how the admin transfer works before relying on Spark's estimate of how long Sky's Arbitrum liquidity will last.
